These Terms govern your use of allfine.ai, provided by PowerBrainShop Holding Corp.. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

The service
allfine.ai sends a daily push at a time you choose. You tap All fine to confirm. If you miss the check-in within the grace window you set, the people you have designated as caretakers receive a notification.

Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the accuracy of the contact details you provide.

Subscription
allfine.ai is an auto-renewing subscription at USD 12 per year, billed by the App Store or Google Play. The subscription renews at the end of each annual period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. Cancel from your App Store or Google Play account settings. New subscriptions include a 14-day refund window: contact us within 14 days of your first purchase for a full refund.

Not a medical or emergency service
allfine.ai is a consumer convenience product. It is not a medical device, not an emergency alert system, and not a substitute for professional or emergency services. Do not rely on it in situations where delayed help could have serious consequences. For urgent care, call your local emergency services. We make best-effort delivery of push notifications but cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time or at all, due to factors outside our control (device state, network availability, push provider availability, OS-level restrictions).

Caretaker relationships
You may invite other allfine.ai users to act as your caretakers. Either party may revoke the relationship at any time from inside the app. Caretakers see only that you missed a check-in — they do not see your check-in history, your configuration, or other personal data.

Privacy
Your privacy is covered by our Privacy Policy. We collect only what is needed to operate the service, do not sell data, and do not run ads.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, allfine.ai is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data, missed care, or other harm resulting from use of (or inability to use) the service. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under your local consumer-protection law.

Cancellation and termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You may delete your account from inside the app; account deletion removes all personal data within seven days. We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the service or violate these Terms.

Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated by email and in the app. Continued use of the service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence still apply.
